Allowed input characters: GS1 Data Matrix supports numeric, alphanumeric, and supported special characters. Data is encoded using GS1 Application Identifiers (AIs), enabling structured business information such as product identifiers, batch numbers, expiration dates, and serial numbers to be stored within a compact barcode.

This sample demonstrates how to generate a GS1 Data Matrix barcode using GS1-compliant data. Combining the high-density encoding capabilities of a Data Matrix symbol with GS1 Application Identifiers (AIs), this two-dimensional barcode enables compact and accurate storage of product and traceability information, making it ideal for healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and supply chain applications.
Customize the Data Matrix barcode with the following options:
- Content: Modify the
Valueproperty to update the encoded barcode data. - Size: Adjust
WidthandHeightto control the barcode dimensions. - Colors: Customize the barcode appearance using the
BackgroundColorandForeColorproperties. - Text Display: Use the
Visibilityproperty to show or hide the human-readable barcode text. - Spacing: Configure
Marginproperties (left, right, top, and bottom) around the barcode. - Text Alignment: Set the display text
position(top or bottom) andalignment(center, left, or right). - Encoding Type: Set the
