Blazor Skeleton Example - Animation Effect Configuration Support

This sample demonstrates fade and pulse shimmer effects for skeleton loaders with card and list layouts.

Interactions available:

• Click reload button to load data with skeleton animations

The default skeleton shimmer effect is wave animation. Alternate effects include:

• Fade - Apply fade shimmer effect using Effect property
• Pulse - Apply pulse shimmer effect using Effect property
