Blazor SpeedDial Example - Modal

This sample demonstrates the modal popup functionality of the Speed Dial component. Click the button to open action items, and click the overlay to close them.

Speed Dial enables modal popup mode when the IsModal property is set. When this mode is enabled, an overlay is added to prevent background interaction. Clicking the overlay closes the action items, providing a focused interaction model.
