Blazor TreeView Example - Node Editing

This sample demonstrates node editing functionality in the Blazor TreeView. Double-click nodes or press F2 to edit node text. Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel modifications.

Node editing features:

• Edit and modify node text inline
• Enable using AllowEditing property
• Double-click or F2 to enter edit mode
• Enter to save, Esc to discard changes
• Click outside to confirm modifications
