Prevent Appointment Creation and Deletion in Blazor Scheduler component

By default, Scheduler allows the user to perform all the CRUD actions. We can prevent a particular action by setting false to the respective property. In the following code example, only edit actions are allowed as AllowAdding and AllowDeleting properties are set to false.
