Blazor Linear Gauge Example - Print and Export Feature Support

This sample demonstrates printing and exporting the Linear Gauge.

Print the rendered gauge using PrintAsync when AllowPrint is true. Export the gauge using ExportAsync when AllowImageExport and AllowPdfExport are true. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF.
